Request a Refund

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your order arrives defective or damaged.  Depending on the situation we may offer to send out a replacement item instead of processing a refund. If you would like to start the process of a return, please contact us.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the time your item is delivered as shown on the tracking information provided with your order. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

To complete your refund or return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items that were on sale at the time of purchase (including discount codes)
  • When returning or requesting a refund for a portion of products from a multiple-product order (we will only replace or refund goods that are defective or that arrived damaged)

Late Refunds:

If you have spoken with us about a refund but have not received it, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Depending on your financial institution this can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us so that we can confirm that your refund has been issued. 

Placed and order but would like to cancel it?

Please contact us ASAP. We work very hard to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, if your order has already reached the fulfillment stage of the process (typically in less than 24 hours), we cannot offer to cancel or refund your purchase.
